If you choose not to use email for whatever reasons I will contact you daily with new listings that meet your criteria. I will schedule showings as quickly as possible for any property that interests you.

I will do a comparative analysis based on active and sold properties and provide comparative rent information that will help make a timely informed decision to purchase. Once a property is chosen I will present the offer to the seller's agent and follow through with the negotiation process as necessary.

Once an offer has been accepted I will follow through with the buying process all the way to closing.
