As your agent I will meet with you and perform a 'Comparative Market Analysis', also known as a CMA, on your home. This will help you make an informed decision on the selling price of your home. Once you have decided to sell your home, I will take pictures of your home and enter information at several different websites. Together we will determine if we should do print ads and/or an open house to get the most interest in your property.

I will walk through your home with you and advise you of how to prepare your home for a showing and I may suggest some improvements or repairs that will maximize your selling price.

You will be kept informed of the activity on your house. I will inform you and advise you on all offers presented on your house. Once an offer is accepted I will follow through with the entire selling process all the way through to closing.
