Are you getting ready to buy a new home? Here is some information I think may be helpful to you. When purchasing a new home an agent can be an invaluable resource. In the majority of cases an agent will not cost you anything in the home buying process. The seller generally pays the buyer's agent a commission.

What I will do for you as your agent:

The first thing I will do is meet with you and discuss what criteria is important to you in your new home. As your agent I will then be able to gather information on properties that meet your specific needs. I can have new listings that meet your criteria automatically emailed to you so you know as soon as the house goes on the market. If email is not an option I will call you daily with new listings that meet your criteria.

When you are interested in a property I will set up appointments for us to view the property. I will accompany you to all viewings. I will follow up with the seller's agent to get answers to any questions that come up during the viewing of the house.

Once you have chosen a house that you would like to buy I will help you determine an offer and I will present that offer to the seller's agent. I will follow through with the negotiation process and keep you informed every step of the way.

After an offer has been accepted I will follow through with the entire home buying process all the way to closing.

Other Necessary Information:

You will need to get pre-approved for a mortgage. This will allow us to find the right home for the right price.
